Cambodia Taxi Tours is a private taxi and tour company in Cambodia. This page explains which details we receive through this website, why, who else sees them, how long we keep them and how you can ask us to change or delete them. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for advertising.
What we collect
When you send a booking request: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and if you give them, your email, trip dates and pick up time, pick up and drop off places, number of passengers, vehicle and your message.
When you write a review: your name, and if you give them, your country and a title, with your star rating and comment.
We do not ask for payment details, passport details or an account. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and has no visitor tracking.
Why we use it
- To confirm your booking, plan your trip and contact you about it, mostly on WhatsApp.
- To give your driver what they need on the day: your name, phone number, pick up time and place.
- After your trip, to send you a link to review it.
- To publish your review on this website after we check it.
Who else sees it
- Our staff and your driver, only the details needed to arrange your trip.
- Companies that run this website for us: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (database and storage). They store the details for us and may process them outside Cambodia.
- Telegram: our staff receive new booking requests as Telegram messages.
- Cloudflare: an automatic security check may run on the forms to stop spam.
- Everyone who visits the site sees published reviews: your name, country, rating, title, comment and date. Your phone number and email are never published.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details while we arrange your trip and for our records afterwards, and remove old bookings regularly. Booking requests we turn down are deleted automatically 30 days later. Published reviews stay on the website until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them, including your review. We will answer within 30 days.
